Glass Shelf, 814004
The polished gold single glass shelf above the basin
A shelf is judged by what housekeeping puts on it. Bottles, a folded towel, an amenity tray. Model 814004 is one of two shelf references in the 814 polished gold group.
What sits on it decides the fixing
No load figure and no bracket span are published. Say what the room will carry and get the drawing before the tiler marks out.
Above the basin, clear of the mirror
Height comes from the bottom of the mirror and the top of the tap. Fix that on the elevation first.
The 814 group runs to eleven references, listed in the 814 polished gold hardware series.
Fit & Clearance
Wall mounted, and the drawing decides the rest
Type, mounting, metal and finish are confirmed. No length, depth or glass thickness is published.
Length is the number site needs, because the shelf clears the mirror frame at one end and the tap at the other.
Nothing reaches a submittal without the drawing behind it.

The metalwork is SUS304 stainless steel, finished to order in seven listed names.
One tooling family, seven standards
Polished Gold, Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze all come off this one shelf. One item number answers a gold, a chrome and a bronze scheme.
Finish is chosen at order stage, and finishes mix inside one order. Two schemes on one project do not need two suppliers.

The specification names material, mounting, type and finish. No certification scheme appears, so nothing here is an approval.
Paperwork follows the destination market. Name the country at RFQ and the scope returns with the quotation.
Procurement
Fifty pieces, and one purchase order for the room
SANIKB manufactures the 814 group rather than buying it in, so finish, logo and carton stay open.
Little of a bathroom is bought one line at a time. The basin wall takes 814009 towel ring and 814001 towel bar. The WC wall takes 814007 toilet paper holder and 814006 toilet brush holder, and 814003 towel rack with bar goes on the drying wall. One job, one PO, one inspection.
Barcode and carton artwork go on at the factory rather than in a repack, inside the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
