Glass Shelf, 814005
The second shelf reference in the 814 polished gold set
Room attendants clear a glass shelf in one pass. Nothing lifts out and nothing has to be dried underneath. Model 814005 is the second polished gold wall mounted glass shelf in the group.
One pass, nothing to take apart
No basket to lift, no liner to change. On a full floor of rooms, cleaning minutes are what the operator counts.

Standard rooms take one shelf model and suites the other, under one finish name and one purchase order.

Two room types often want two shelf lengths. Ask for the 814004 and 814005 drawings together and choose from dimensions, not photographs.

SUS304 stainless steel metalwork with the finish applied to order. Seven names are listed.
Same shelf, seven scheme colours
Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are available on 814005. A mock up room runs in gold while later floors run in brushed nickel, from one item number.
Split the quantity by finish on the order and state the split, so the quotation and the packing list carry it.
Never order a finish from a screen. Order it by name.

The list is written against the market the goods enter.
Material, finish, mounting and type are listed. No approval scheme appears, so none is claimed.
Some markets ask for material or packaging paperwork. Name the destination and it comes back with the quotation.

One inspection instead of eleven deliveries
SANIKB is the factory behind the 814 group, so the set is quoted, produced and shipped as one job.
Housekeeping standards are written per room, not per item. 814005 goes on the schedule with 814001 towel bar, 814003 towel rack with bar, 814009 towel ring and 814012 soap basket. One order, one finish run, one container.
Operators buying under their own brand set the logo and the carton print with the order. The SANIKB OEM and ODM program covers that at the published MOQ. Ask for the 814005 spec sheet in the same email.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
