Rack Or Glass Shelf
A polished gold towel shelf with bar, or the shelf on its own
This set also publishes two standalone glass shelves, 814004 and 814005. 814003 carries a rail under the surface, so the choice is made per room type before pricing.
Rail under the surface, or no rail
Rooms that hang and store off one plate take 814003. Rooms that only want the surface take a glass shelf. Name which room type gets which before the enquiry goes out.

Fit & Clearance

Mounting and format are fixed. Depth and rail length are left to the drawing.
There are two heights to agree. Set the surface so a towel lifts off cleanly and keep the rail inside reach from the same standing position.
Take the projection from the 814003 sheet before the wall is marked out.

Running a mock up room and production in different finishes
SUS304 stainless steel is the material line.
Polished gold and six others
Polished Gold, Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are recorded for 814003.
A mock up room is often built in one finish and signed off, then production goes ahead in another. Finish is chosen at order stage, and one order can carry more than one finish name where the mock up and the production rooms differ, provided every line names its own.
Every order line needs its finish name written out, not a colour word.

We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
