Glass Shelf, 821004
The chrome glass shelf that carries the amenity set
A hotel amenity range has a fixed footprint. Bottles, a boxed soap, a folded flannel, and all of it lands on one piece of glass. 821004 is the wall mounted shelf in the chrome 821 group, in SUS304 stainless steel.
The amenity range decides the length
Count what a standard room puts out and measure the tray it arrives on. Send those figures with the enquiry, because no length or depth is published for 821004 and the drawing answers them.
Three references share the basin wall
821010 soap dish and 821011 tumbler holder take the small wet items, which leaves the shelf clear for the amenity tray. Set all three out on one elevation before the tiler starts.

Fit & Clearance
Four facts are published, the rest comes from the drawing
Type, mounting, material and the finish list are recorded. Length, depth, glass thickness and fixing centres are not.
Get the dimensioned drawing before the shelf appears on a submittal. Where it shares a wall with the towel ring 821009, both set out from the same centre line.

SUS304 metalwork with seven finishes on one reference
The material is SUS304 stainless steel. The finish is applied to order from a list of seven.
Chrome is the default, not the limit
The reference stays 821004 whatever colour goes on it. Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are all recorded against it.
Two finishes can run in the same order. State the split line by line.
Chrome and Polished Chrome are separate names. Choose one and write it out.
Compliance
No certification is recorded against the 821 shelf
The paperwork question is answered against a destination, not a page.
The specification carries material, finish, mounting and type. It carries no approval mark, and nothing here should reach a client as one.
Where a market requires documentation on bathroom accessories, name the country in the enquiry.
Procurement
Fifty pieces, quoted with the rest of the 821 group
SANIKB makes the 821 group. Finish, logo and carton are decided with the order, not taken from stock.
A submittal that shortens the reference to a description gets the wrong goods. Put 821004 in full on the same sheet as 821011 tumbler holder, 821010 soap dish, 821008 robe hook, 821003 towel rack with bar and 821001 towel bar. One PO, one inspection.
A finish outside the seven, or a carton printed to the buyer's artwork, runs through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program at the same MOQ.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
