821006
The line most schedules forget beside the pan
Towel bars and rings get scheduled. The wall mounted chrome toilet brush holder is remembered at handover, when someone notices the brush standing on the floor. Model 821006 closes that gap in SUS304 stainless steel.
Add it at design stage
An item added after the order is released ships separately. Put it on the schedule with the towel bar and it travels in the same consignment.
Handled with wet hands
This is a grab and release item. Position it so the brush lifts straight out rather than pulling sideways against the wall.

Fit & Clearance
One fixing plate and no dimensions on file
Model, wall mounting and material are recorded. Nothing dimensional is published against 821006.
Ask for the drawing before a height is written into the room specification. The clearance under the body decides how quickly cleaning goes.
State the wall build up at enquiry, and agree one height per room type.

The same part in seven colours
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are the listed names for this tooling. One family serves a chrome standard and a dark standard from one item code.
Mixed finishes can travel in one order, which helps when a mock up room and the main block differ. State the finish on every PO line.

SANIKB manufactures the 821 range, so mock up quantities still open the finish and packaging options.
Approval happens set by set. 821007 toilet paper holder, 821009 towel ring, 821008 robe hook, 821003 towel rack and 821010 soap dish come from this group, so a mock up room comes off one order.
A mock up is also when the packaging gets tested. Logo, private label and carton artwork are quoted under the SANIKB OEM and ODM program within 12 hours.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
