The guest, the room attendant and every linen change reach for this bar. Model 821001 publishes two SKUs, 821001 and 821002, so length is a separate decision.

The bar is handled at every linen change. Ask for the bracket detail so the cloth clears the wall face.
Set once for the whole block
In a repeat room type the bar height is drawn once and built in every room. Fix it with the operator before the first room is signed off.
One bar per bathroom is rarely enough once the hand towel is counted. All three sit in the 821 hardware series.
Fit & Clearance

Wall mounting, material and type are on the record. Length and centres come from the dimensional sheet.
Get the fixing centres onto the room type drawing so the setting out package carries them.
Confirm which SKU the quoted length refers to before production is released.

SUS304 stainless steel is the recorded material.
One model, seven finish names
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are listed against this model. The finish is fixed at order stage.
A bar in the wrong finish is a full room swap once it is on the wall, so the finish name is the one PO field that cannot be left to the model number.
Finishes can be mixed within one order when every line carries its own name.
Ask for a finish sample keyed to this model before bulk.

No certification is recorded against this bar, and we will not add a mark the record does not carry. Give the destination market and the reviewing body and we will confirm what can be issued for this model.

The 821 bathroom set on one purchase order
The bar is usually the first line on the PO.
The same group holds 821003 towel rack, 821008 robe hook, 821009 towel ring and 821010 soap dish. The bar sets the reference, and the rest of the schedule is priced against it in the same quotation.
SANIKB is the manufacturer. Private label, custom packaging, logo printing and finishes outside the standard list are arranged through the OEM and ODM program, with quote requests answered within 12 hours.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
