Stock and Hang
A chrome wall mount towel rack bar for hotel and serviced rooms
Housekeeping works to a par level, a fixed number of towels per room. Model 888003 has to hold that number and still leave somewhere to hang the one in use.
Set the shelf by the towel count
Decide how many towels a room is stocked with before the rack is specified.
Restocked without unloading the bar
Housekeeping tops up the shelf while a towel is still hanging below, which keeps the routine to one pass.
It is usually the first item specified from the hotel chrome 888 hardware set.
Fit & Clearance
Reach height for staff and guests at once
Wall mounting is recorded for 888003. The height has to suit a guest pulling a towel and a housekeeper loading the shelf.
Check what sits below before committing. Over a cistern or a low radiator the hanging towel needs its own clear zone. Take the dimensions from the 888003 spec sheet and drawing.
Fixing method depends on the wall build up.
Construction & Finish
Seven finishes released against one rack model
Where a schedule calls it a chrome bathroom towel bar shelf, this is the model it means. SUS304 stainless steel is the grade against 888003, and a grade is not a process.
Phase one and phase two, same reference
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze all run against 888003, with the colour named at order stage.
Where two finishes ship together, split them by line on the purchase order. Cartons are then marked so site teams do not open them to sort.
Approve a sample of any new finish before the phase order is released.

Commercial tenders ask for approvals early, and the record for 888003 names none. Put any load statement or material declaration request in the RFQ.

The 888 package, phased and shipped together
A rack arriving two weeks after the rest of the room is a snagging problem.
Its companions are 888001 hotel towel bar, 888008 square robe hook, 888007 double toilet paper holder and 888006 toilet brush holder. One PO across the group keeps the room reading as a set.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
