Turnaround Duty
A chrome hotel towel bar built into the housekeeping routine
In a guest bathroom the towel bar is handled twice a day, once by a guest and once by housekeeping. Model 888001 is specified for that rhythm.

Set the bar so a folded towel clears the vanity and the door swing, then issue that dimension for the floor. Bar length comes off the 888001 spec sheet.

Construction & Finish
Stainless grade on record, colour fixed at order
SUS304 stainless steel is what the specification names for this bar. It is a grade statement and nothing more.
Seven finishes held against one model
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are all available on 888001, with the colour named at order stage.
Replacement matters here. A property replacing damaged bars later orders against the same model and finish name, so keep the finish word in the asset record.
Where a property runs two standards, both finishes travel on one order.
Ask for a sample when matching bars from an earlier contract.

Certification is not recorded for model 888001

The 888001 record has no certification against it, so an operator standard that requires one has to be answered from documents. A material statement and a carton labelling format are issued if raised in the RFQ.
Procurement
Pricing the guest bathroom as one line group
Operators buy rooms, not items.
The package is 888003 commercial towel rack with bar, 888008 square robe hook, 888007 double toilet paper holder and 888006 toilet brush holder. Together they take one PO, one inspection and one container.
An operator standard can be turned into a private label spec with the finish printed on the carton, through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
