7 finishes available on 818004

Glass Shelf, 818004
A wall mounted chrome glass shelf for an occupied refurbishment
Changing accessories does not touch the plumbing. That is why a floor is refurbished room by room while the hotel keeps trading. 818004 is the wall fixed chrome glass shelf in the 818 group.
Fixing work only, no wet trades
Old plate positions rarely match new ones. Ask for the fixing centres early and allow for making good.
Order by floor, not by room
Batch the quantity per floor and hold one finish name across the whole phase.
Phase pricing for the whole 818 chrome hardware series comes back on one sheet.
Fit & Clearance
Old holes, new plates, and the dimension needed first
The record gives wall mounting, glass shelf type, SUS304 stainless steel and seven finishes. It gives no plate size.
On a retrofit the useful number is the plate, because it decides whether the old fixing holes are covered. Get the drawing before the first room is stripped, and confirm what anchors ship with the goods.
Trial fit one room before the floor goes to the installers.
Construction & Finish
Seven finish names against a single item number
SUS304 stainless steel metalwork, finished to order.
One record, seven project standards
An operator with three brand standards holds one reference. Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze all come from 818004.
A phase in chrome and a later phase in brushed nickel go on one order, split line by line.
Every line on the order carries its own finish name.
Compliance
The 818004 specification lists no approval scheme
A list agreed at enquiry beats one at handover.
What is recorded is material, finish, mounting and type. No certification is named, so none is claimed.
Refurbishment contracts sometimes ask for material paperwork at handover. Raise it in the RFQ and the answer arrives with the price.
Procurement
Phase the floors, keep one purchase order behind them
SANIKB manufactures the 818 group, so a refurbishment is quoted as a package rather than eight separate lines.
Per floor the list is fixed. 818009 towel ring, 818008 robe hook, 818007 toilet paper holder, 818006 toilet brush holder, 818003 towel rack with bar and 818001 towel bar ship with the shelf. One order and one inspection per phase beats part deliveries into a trading hotel.
An operator refurbishing under its own brand can change the logo and the carton at the published MOQ, inside the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
