818006
Retiring the freestanding brush set on a refurbishment
Most rooms being refitted still have a brush standing on the floor beside the pan. Model 818006 is the chrome bathroom toilet brush holder that replaces it, wall fixed in SUS304 stainless steel.
Floor units get kicked and moved
A unit that stands loose is knocked out of position and cleaned around. A fixed one stays where the drawing put it.
One change, every bathroom
This is usually a portfolio decision rather than a room decision. Count the pans across the whole property before the enquiry goes out.
The other pieces in the same chrome family are shown in the 818 hardware set.
Fit & Clearance
Old holes rarely line up with a new plate
The record gives wall mounting, model and material. Plate size and projection are not published.
On a refit the wall usually carries old fixings. Get the plate outline early so someone can judge whether it covers them or needs a fresh position.
Ask for the drawing during survey, not during installation.
Construction & Finish
One tooling family, seven finish choices
SUS304 stainless steel body. The finish is applied to the name given on the order.
The colour decision comes later
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are the listed names. A refurbishment programme can change palette between blocks and keep the same item code.
Two finishes on one order are normal here, which suits a property running old and new bathroom schemes side by side. Each PO line names its finish.
Compliance
No scheme is claimed against 818006
The scope is agreed before the run is scheduled, which is the easy moment.
The record covers material grade, finish list and mounting method. There is no approval mark behind it and none should be repeated.
Where a refurbishment contract calls for a document pack, name the destination market at enquiry.
Procurement
Refurbishment quantities and factory options
SANIKB is the manufacturer of the 818 range, so a buyer changes finish, packaging and branding without a third party.
A bathroom refit is a list, not a line. 818007 toilet paper holder, 818009 towel ring, 818008 robe hook, 818003 towel rack and 818010 soap dish come from the same group, and taking them together means one shipment and one inspection.
Refurbishment buyers usually want plain cartons. Carton spec, logo and private label are set under the SANIKB OEM and ODM program, answered within 12 hours.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
