Single Tier, SY5001
A single corner basket for showers built without a niche
Most showers under two square metres have nowhere to put a bottle. SY5001 is a polished chrome corner shower storage shelf in SUS304 stainless steel, wall mounted into the angle where two tiled walls meet.
One tier, so the contents get edited
A single basket takes what is in daily use and nothing else. In a hotel that is shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap.
Set it below the shower head
A basket fixed level with the spray stays wet and gets flagged on inspection. Take the height off the drawing, not off the nearest tile course.
One basket per shower is the normal count, two where the room takes a bath as well. The wall mounted range sits in the bathroom shelf and rack collection.
Fit & Clearance
Corner fixing depends on the angle behind the tile
Mounting, material and model are on record. No shelf width or corner dimension is published.
A corner unit assumes a true ninety degree junction. On a rendered wall or a refurbishment that is not guaranteed, so check the corner before the tiler closes it up.
Ask whether the base is perforated or solid when you request the drawing. Cleaning routines differ.
Confirm the corner angle on site before the tiling is signed off.

SUS304 stainless steel is the body. Finish is applied to order and seven names are listed against this model.
One part number, several standards
Polished Chrome, Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze all come from this tooling. A distributor carries one basket and quotes a gold scheme and a chrome scheme off the same page.
Mixed finishes are accepted inside a single order, which is how sample boards get built. Each purchase order line still carries its own finish name in full.
Quote the finish by its listed name so factory and site agree.
Compliance
Shower accessories carry no approval claim here
Send the destination country with the enquiry. Documents are easier to arrange before a container is booked.
Nothing in this record names a certification scheme. Treat the page as a description of the product and not as evidence of an approval.
Where a project asks for document evidence, say so at RFQ. The destination market sets the list.

A basket on its own rarely fills a carton line. Buyers add it to a hardware order so the room lands complete against one purchase order.
SANIKB is the factory here, so custom finish, private label marking and own carton design are quoted alongside the standard item through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
