Basin With Its Own Deck
A vessel basin that carries the tap deck itself
Buyers sourcing a solid surface vanity top for vessel sink installations normally have to drill the counter for tapware as well. RSS550 is the vessel, and the sloped tap deck is part of the basin at 550 mm.
Tapware lands on the basin
The sloped deck is where the tap sits, keeping the hole out of a counter that is already installed.
Above counter, not recessed
Mounting is above counter, so the counter needs a waste opening and a fixing detail, not a full cut out.

A vessel adds its own height on top of the counter. Check the finished rim height before joinery is fixed, especially in accessible rooms.
Waste position and fixing method come from the drawing. Request it before the counter is cut.
Confirm whether an overflow is provided before the waste set is ordered.

The published finish covers basin and tap deck together. There is no second component to match on a hotel schedule.

Fixing and waste detail are confirmed in writing, so the installer is not improvising.
Waste, overflow and fixing hold up a vessel installation, so put all three in the RFQ. No approval scheme is recorded.
Name the destination market with the enquiry if documentation is required.

Vessels and vanity tops on the same order
Most bathroom programmes run vessels in some rooms and integrated tops in others.
RSZ covers the compact vessels and RSY800 the 800 by 450 mm vanity top. A vessel and a vanity top do not pack the same way, so agree the carton format for both before the first order rather than after the first damage claim.
Packaging, logo and private label are handled through the OEM and ODM programme. Ask for the spec sheet and the fixing drawing with the enquiry. Quotations come back within 12 hours.
