One Bowl, One Top
Integrated Single Bowl on an RSH Vanity Top
The RSH title describes the bowl as integrated with the top. Both therefore arrive under one part number and are selected together.
Suffix codes are not cosmetic
RSH910-2 and RSH1210D sit beside RSH810, RSH1010 and RSH1210. Each suffix marks a distinct reference, so ask what it changes before the code goes on an order.
Deck area governs the tap options
Because the bowl is integrated, the deck around it belongs to the same item. Drilling and any ledge detail are read off the drawing rather than assumed from the photograph.
The solid surface vanity basin range holds the alternatives to these five codes. Work through it before a cabinet width is committed.
Fit & Clearance
Reading RSH Sizes From the Drawing, Not the Code
Numbers inside the code are not a published dimension.
The summary specification gives no size, bowl depth or bowl position for any RSH reference. Treat the drawing as the only source when the cabinet is set out.
Bowl and top ship together, so a change of cabinet width becomes a change of reference. Fix the carcase width first, then pick the code.
Ask whether the top overhangs the cabinet front, because that dimension lands on the door line.
Construction & Finish
Solid Surface Body in the Listed Matte White
The construction record stops at material and colour.
Listed material and colour
Material is recorded as solid surface and finish as matte white. Nothing is published on thickness, forming or surface treatment, so this page adds nothing to that record.
Matte white varies between materials as much as between suppliers. Where the basin sits next to a painted cabinet or a stone top, approve a physical sample against those finishes instead of a rendering.
Judge the basin against the cabinet finish before a repeat order is placed.
Compliance
Documents That Follow an RSH Reference
Test reports and declarations, where they exist, are issued per reference and per production run. Ask for that list at quotation stage.
Nothing in the RSH specification names a certification, a standard or a listing. This page therefore makes no compliance claim for any of the five references.
Import requirements differ by country. State the destination market in the enquiry so the document list can be confirmed against the reference you order rather than the series.
Procurement
Splitting the Minimum Across Five RSH Codes
The figure below sits on the listing, not on each code.
Whether the minimum can be spread across all five codes is a question for the quotation. State the split you want with the enquiry.
A bespoke reference is a different conversation from a stock one. If the cabinet programme needs a deck size that is not on this list, take the drawing to the SANIKB OEM and ODM program before codes are fixed.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Reference code and unit count per code
- Drawing showing top, bowl and overflow
- Tap drilling required on the deck
- Matte white approval sample
- Packaging and pallet configuration
- Sample lead time before bulk
Dates firm up once the split between codes is agreed.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
