Vessel Basin
A rectangular vessel that arrives with the tap hole drilled
The RSM is an above-counter rectangular vessel in solid surface, supplied with the tap hole already drilled in the basin.
Hole drilled in the basin
Because the tap sits on the vessel itself, the counter behind it can stay uncut. That simplifies stone and timber tops on site.
Straight-sided rectangular body
Square external walls sit flush against a splashback and line up cleanly with rectangular mirrors and cabinet fronts.
Published references include RSM600, RSM600L, RSM600R, RSM750 and RSM750L. Undrilled and vanity-top formats are held in the same solid surface basin range.
Fit & Clearance
Counter height changes when a vessel sits on top
A vessel adds its own height above the counter, which affects the whole vanity.
Lower the counter so the finished rim lands at a comfortable working height for the users of the building. Check the drilling position on the drawing, since the tap centre is fixed at casting and cannot be moved on site.
Waste and pop-up are quoted separately unless you list them in the RFQ.

Tap platform formed in the body
The hole is part of the finished basin rather than a field modification, so the surface around it stays intact.
Vessels are handled more during installation than built-in basins, so packaging and edge protection matter. Tell us the transport route and we will confirm the packing method used for the order.
Inspect rims on arrival. Report transit damage with photographs of the carton.

Never carry a mark onto artwork that has not been confirmed in writing for the exact reference.
This specification lists no certification mark, so no approval is claimed for the RSM references. If your buyer requires an approval, state it in the enquiry and we will confirm what can be documented before you commit.
Where basins are sold through retail channels, the market may also expect labelling and packaging information. Agree that content with us at quotation stage.

RSM vessels are quoted as a group when sizes ship together.
Tap hole position, external size and finish can be developed for a private label vessel line under the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Multiple references can share one run if the finish matches.
