Square Deep Bowl

A square deep bowl published with no tap hole

RST400 is the only above-counter piece among the solid surface codes here. The title gives 400 by 400 mm and no tap hole.

01 / BOWL

Square plan, deep interior

A square bowl uses the counter area more fully than a circle of the same width. The title describes the interior as deep.

02 / TAP

Faucet supplied separately

With no tap hole in the basin, the faucet goes on the wall or through the counter. That decision belongs in the drawing package.

Quote it where the designer wants a clean block on the counter and controls the faucet separately. The rest of the solid surface basin group covers cabinet-mounted tops.

Fit & Clearance

Choosing the faucet when the basin has no tap hole

Faucet position is an open decision on this model, so settle it first.

Mounting Above-Counter (vessel)
Bowl shape Square
Tap hole None, per the title

400 by 400 is a title figure and the specification does not repeat it. Get the drawing before anyone cuts a counter.

A wall spout has to clear the bowl wall and reach past the centre. A deck faucet needs its own hole on the same drawing.

Nothing in the specification fixes the outline. The drawing governs.

Construction & Finish

The matte white surface on a deep square bowl

There is no tap hole to interrupt the top edge, so the finish is what a client looks at. Matte White is the only one published.

SOLID SURFACE

Solid Surface, Matte White

Both entries come straight from the specification. Request a finish sample before a showroom order or a client presentation.

Square corners catch light differently from a curved bowl, so a sample tells you more than a photograph does.

No other finish or colour is published. Options are quoted on request.

Compliance

Faucet approvals sit outside this basin listing

DOC
Basin documents only

A drawing and material description can be issued for the basin. Faucet paperwork follows its supplier.

Nothing in the RST400 data points to a scheme or a testing body. No approval is claimed for the basin.

Because the faucet is bought separately, its documentation comes from wherever it is sourced. Keep the two sets apart in the submittal file.

Procurement

Buying a tap-hole-free basin with your faucet supply

Order timing usually runs with the faucet, not with the cabinet.

Published MOQ Confirmed per quote
Standard Lead Time 30–45 days (typical)

Tell us the faucet type you are pairing, because the drawing package is not complete without it. Order quantity is settled when we quote, since no minimum is published.

Buyers pairing this basin with their own faucet line often want one carton design across both. Ask in the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

Include these details with the RFQ

  • Faucet type. Wall-mounted or deck-mounted
  • Confirmation that no tap hole is wanted
  • Quantity required for the quotation
  • Drain and waste fitting scope
  • Delivery month and destination port
  • Finish sample ahead of the order

Faucet lead time often governs here, not the basin. Confirm both dates on the quotation.

FAQs

Why does this basin have no faucet hole?

This square deep-bowl basin is supplied hole-free, so designers can pair it with a wall-mounted or separate deck-mounted faucet for a minimalist look. If you need a pre-drilled version, other models in our solid surface basin range include a tap ledge.

How deep is the bowl and what is it made of?

It is a true deep square bowl with softly rounded interior corners, cast from non-porous matte white solid surface resin for a warm matte feel that resists stains and is field-repairable. Footprint is 400x400mm.

Can you produce this in custom sizes and finishes for a project?

Yes. As an OEM/ODM manufacturer we adjust the square footprint, bowl depth, and finish for hospitality and builder projects, with low MOQ and tiered wholesale pricing. Request a quote.
