This reference is built shallow front to back. It is intended for rooms where a standard depth vanity would block the walkway.
Shallow front to back
Reducing the depth of the top is what makes a small cloakroom usable. The bowl still sits inside the top rather than on top of it.
Recessed bowl in the top
A recessed bowl keeps the rim flush with the surrounding surface, so the shallow deck is not lost to a raised basin edge.

Where a shallow top earns its place
Depth, not width, is usually the limiting dimension in a small bathroom.
Check the trap and the waste pipe before you commit. A shallow cabinet leaves less room behind the bowl, and a standard bottle trap can foul the back panel when the top is reduced in depth.

The specification lists a recessed bowl in a vanity top. A shallow deck therefore does not have to carry a separate basin fixed on top of it.
The rim detail is worth checking on the drawing. On a shallow top every millimetre between the bowl edge and the front edge changes how usable the deck is.
Confirm the finished deck depth from the drawing before ordering cabinets.
