Integral Overflow
Rectangular vanity top with the overflow cast in
The RSTG is a rectangular vanity-top basin in matte white solid surface, with the overflow formed into the basin.
Overflow built into the bowl
Nothing is fitted afterwards, so there is no add-on cover to work loose and no separate part to source for a replacement.
Straight rectangular deck
A plain rectangular deck matches most cabinet fronts and lets one vanity design run across several room types.
Published references are RSTG600 and RSTG800. Overflow arrangements are not the same on every item in the solid surface vanity top range, so check each reference against your market.
Fit & Clearance
Waste selection when an overflow is present
An overflow changes which waste fitting is correct.
Specify a slotted waste so the overflow can discharge, and tell your installer before the fittings are picked from stock. Confirm the drain centre and the cabinet width against the drawing for the exact reference, as RSTG600 and RSTG800 do not share a layout.
Order slotted wastes with this basin. Unslotted wastes will block the overflow.
Construction & Finish
Overflow channel formed inside the casting
Overflow channel, bowl and deck are one solid surface component in matte white.
Overflow route inside the body
The channel is formed during casting rather than assembled, so there is no bonded cover plate on the visible face of the bowl.
Where basins are cleaned frequently, an integral overflow is easier to keep clear than a fitted grille. Include the overflow opening in the cleaning instructions you pass to the end customer.
Include overflow cleaning in the care sheet supplied with the product.

RSTG600 and RSTG800 are usually quoted together on a single order.
Overflow position, deck size and drilling can be adjusted for a private label vanity program under the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Both published widths can normally be produced in the same run.
