Offset Layout
An offset bowl that leaves counter space free
The RSG top sets the bowl to one side of the deck rather than on centre. The remaining counter stays open.
Bowl placed off centre
Moving the bowl to one end frees a run of flat deck beside it. In a small bathroom that is the difference a guest actually notices.
Counter cast with the basin
Deck and bowl are formed as one integrated counter, so the layout arrives finished instead of being assembled on site.
Published references are RSG800R, RSG900R and RSG1000R. If you need centre-bowl tops for the same project, they sit in the same solid surface basin collection.
Fit & Clearance
Handing decides how the cabinet is built
An offset bowl moves the drain away from the cabinet centreline.
Drawers under the bowl side usually need a notch for the trap, while the opposite side stays clear. Ask for the drawing with the drain centreline marked before cabinets are built.
Confirm handing in writing. A cast top cannot be mirrored after the fact.
Construction & Finish
One matte white surface from deck to drain
Offset deck and bowl come from one solid surface casting, finished matte white.
No rim seam beside the bowl
The transition into the bowl is formed in the casting, so there is no joint collecting residue where the counter meets the basin.
A matte surface hides light scratching better than gloss, which matters when most of the top is exposed deck. Keep one approved top as colour reference when several sizes ship to one building.
Check colour tone batch to batch when sizes are ordered separately.

Paperwork is agreed before the order
Drawing, material description and finish reference are issued per reference. Ask for them with the quotation.
No certification mark appears in the published specification for this top, so nothing claiming one should be printed on packaging or listings. Give us the destination market and we will state what documentation is available.
Project buyers often need the submittal drawing and material description rather than a mark. Both are prepared once the reference is fixed.

We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
