Back Shelf Ledge
A square basin with a sloped shelf across the back
The RS6049-600 pairs a square bowl with a shelf ledge behind it. The ledge is sloped rather than flat.
Ledge behind the bowl
The back shelf gives a place for a soap dish or a bottle without stealing deck area at the sides of the bowl.
Sloped rather than flat
A sloped ledge sheds standing water back towards the bowl instead of holding it against the wall side of the top.
Published in matte white under reference RS6049-600. Flat deck alternatives sit in the solid surface basin range.
Fit & Clearance
The shelf adds depth behind the bowl
A back ledge extends the top towards the wall, so the cabinet depth has to allow for it.
Check the tap position against the ledge before selecting a mixer. Where the ledge carries the tap, a wall mounted spout is usually not the right pairing and the deck mounted option should be quoted instead.
Confirm the bowl shape and the total depth including the ledge on the drawing.
Construction & Finish
A sloped ledge in matte white solid surface
The specification records solid surface and a matte white finish.
Slope belongs to the ledge
The fall is part of the published form of the ledge rather than something a fabricator adds afterwards. Confirm the angle on the drawing before you approve it.
That distinction matters when a hotel takes several hundred pieces. A ledge profile taken from the drawing is easier to check on arrival than one described in words.
Verify the ledge angle on the pre production sample.
Compliance
What the specification does and does not state
We put document scope in writing before an order is confirmed. That keeps the submittal and the shipment consistent.
The specification lists material, mounting, finish and shape. It does not list a certification mark, so none is claimed here.
Give us the destination market and the approving authority in the RFQ. The document answer is then written against that market rather than assumed.
Procurement
Ordering the RS6049-600
A minimum of 300 pieces is published for the RS6049-600.
Only one reference is published here, so the minimum applies to a single format. Variations on the ledge or the bowl are handled through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity and delivery date
- Tap position confirmed
- Destination port
- Carton and pallet marking
- Brand artwork
- Documents required at destination
- Sample approval
Any change to the ledge profile is quoted separately as tooling.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.

- Private-label packaging and manuals
