Two Reference Widths

The RSD series carries a rectangular bowl in an integrated vanity top. Two references are published.
Two published codes
RSD800 and RSD1200D are the listed references. A short list keeps stock planning simple for a distributor holding both.
Rectangular bowl in the top
The bowl is integrated into the deck, so the installed piece has one continuous surface from edge to bowl.
Two widths cover a single vanity and a wider run in one style. Further formats sit in the solid surface basin range.
Fit & Clearance
One family covering two cabinet sizes
The two references target different cabinet widths in the same visual style.
Take the dimension drawings for both codes before you set the cabinet specification. Sizes should be read from the drawing rather than inferred from the number in the reference.
Confirm each reference against its own dimension drawing.
Construction & Finish
The same matte white on both references
Both codes are listed in solid surface with a matte white finish.
One finish across the series
Holding both references in the same finish means a bathroom and an ensuite can be fitted from one order without a visible colour difference.
Order both codes together when they are going into the same property. A single production run is the simplest way to keep two references looking like one set.
Tell us at RFQ stage if both codes are going to the same building.
Compliance
Approvals confirmed per destination
Settling the document question early avoids a hold at customs or a gap in the project submittal.
The RSD specification does not name a certification mark. No approval is claimed for either reference.
Give the destination market and the intended application in the RFQ. The document position is then confirmed in writing before production.
Procurement
Three hundred pieces across the RSD series
A 300 piece minimum is published for the RSD series.
With two references the minimum is usually split by expected sell through rather than evenly. Own brand packaging is arranged through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

Quotation

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
