An integrated vanity top offered from 600 to 1205 mm
The RS6033 covers five widths from 600 mm to 1205 mm. Bowl and countertop are supplied as one integrated part with a single faucet hole.
Five widths in one series
RS6033-600, -765, -895, -1005 and -1205 are the published references. One series therefore covers a cloakroom and a main bathroom in the same style.
Top and bowl as one part
An integrated top removes the silicone joint between a basin and a countertop. There is one part to install and one edge to clean.

Fit & Clearance
Mapping five widths onto a cabinet programme
The five references are chosen against cabinet widths rather than against room size.
On the wider references the top overhangs more of the carcass, so the support detail matters. Ask the cabinet supplier to confirm the top is carried across its full length rather than only at the two ends.

Construction & Finish
Deck, bowl and rim as one integrated part
Solid surface in matte white is listed across all five references.
No joint at the bowl rim
The top is published as integrated, so deck, rim and bowl are supplied as one part. There is no sealed joint at the rim between a separate basin and a countertop.
That single detail is usually the argument for solid surface over a drop in basin in a project. Maintenance teams have one surface to clean instead of a silicone line to keep.

Destination market drives the paperwork
Requirements differ across markets and project types. Naming both in the RFQ gets a definite answer before production is scheduled.
The specification for the RS6033 does not name a certification mark and none is claimed on this page.
For a development order, tell us the country and the standard your consultant is quoting. The document answer is issued in writing with the quotation.

Series pricing at three hundred pieces
The published minimum is 300 pieces across the series.
Development orders normally weight the quantity towards one or two widths. Custom widths and branded packaging are covered by the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
