Six Hundred Wide
A 600 mm vessel basin with an integrated faucet ledge
The RS600-Y is a 600 mm above counter basin with the faucet ledge built into the body.
Six hundred millimetres across
At 600 mm this reads as a main basin rather than a cloakroom item. It suits a single vanity in a master bathroom or a hotel guest room.
Ledge along the back edge
The integrated ledge gives the mixer a defined position and leaves the countertop uncut behind the basin.
Fewer holes in the counter also means fewer places for water to sit at the joint. See the wider solid surface basin collection for vanity-top alternatives.
Fit & Clearance
Matching a 600 mm basin to the cabinet below
A 600 mm basin normally sits on a cabinet of the same width or wider.
Leave the counter edge visible on both sides so the basin does not appear to overhang. Then check the spout height against the ledge, because a tall vessel with a short spout leaves very little clearance for washing.
Confirm cabinet width and spout reach together before ordering.
Construction & Finish
Bowl and ledge formed as one part
The specification lists solid surface in matte white for the whole body.
Ledge integral to the bowl
Because the ledge is integrated rather than added, there is no applied joint behind the tap where the two parts would meet.
The ledge and the bowl are both finished in the same matte white, so the front elevation reads as one form. Confirm the ledge height on the drawing, since it sets how far the mixer sits above the rim.
Request a production photograph of the front face before approval.
Compliance
Confirming market documents for the RS600-Y
We answer document questions in writing at quotation stage. That keeps your submittal and your customs file consistent with the goods shipped.
The specification does not carry a certification mark for this reference. No approval claim is made here.
Documentation is written against the destination market once you name it. Include the country, the customs requirement and any project standard your client is quoting.
Procurement
Order quantity is set at quotation for this model
No minimum is published for the RS600-Y.
Larger vessels take more carton volume than compact ones, so freight cost per piece is worth checking before the size is fixed. Own label work runs through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity and required date
- Destination port
- Incoterm and payment terms
- Carton dimensions for freight
- Label and manual artwork
- Documents required at destination
- Sample before mass production
Both the minimum and the lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
