A 500 by 420 mm vessel basin with its own tap ledge

This basin sits above the counter and carries a tap ledge as part of the body. The mixer lands on the basin instead of on the countertop.

Because the ledge belongs to the basin, the counter needs no faucet hole. That removes a drilling operation from the fabricator scope.

A compact footprint suits narrow vanity tops and secondary bathrooms where a full width basin will not fit.

Matte surfaces read softer under bathroom lighting than gloss and do not throw a hard reflection from a downlight. Hotel specifiers tend to pick the format for that reason.

Yes. This rectangular vessel basin has one center tap hole on a back deck ledge plus a rectangular overflow slot, so it pairs with a single-hole deck-mount faucet. Other above-counter basins in our solid surface basin range ship hole-free for wall or countertop faucets.

What material is used and can the size be customized?

It is cast from matte white solid surface (mineral-filled acrylic resin), a non-porous, repairable surface. The standard footprint is 500x420mm, and as an OEM/ODM manufacturer we cut custom lengths, widths, and bowl depths for project orders.
