A 500 by 420 mm vessel basin with its own tap ledge
This basin sits above the counter and carries a tap ledge as part of the body. The mixer lands on the basin instead of on the countertop.
Tap ledge formed into the body
Because the ledge belongs to the basin, the counter needs no faucet hole. That removes a drilling operation from the fabricator scope.
500 by 420 mm on the counter
A compact footprint suits narrow vanity tops and secondary bathrooms where a full width basin will not fit.

Counter drilling changes when the ledge carries the tap
An above counter basin raises the rim well above the finished countertop.
Rim height is cabinet height plus basin height, so a standard vanity can finish too tall once a vessel is added. Check rim height and spout position together.
Confirm the waste position and counter opening on the drawing.

Matte white carried around an exposed body
The material is solid surface, finished matte white.
Finished on all visible faces
A vessel stands proud of the counter, so the sides are on show. The matte white finish is carried around the body rather than applied only inside the bowl.
Matte surfaces read softer under bathroom lighting than gloss and do not throw a hard reflection from a downlight. Hotel specifiers tend to pick the format for that reason.
Ask for a sample if the basin must match a stone or tile colour.
