Reeded Sidewalls
Reeded sidewalls on a 500mm rectangular vessel
Fluting is the whole point of this reference. The title records reeded sidewalls on a rectangular vessel basin at 500mm.
Vertical ribs on the outer face
The ribbed face is what a customer notices from across a showroom. It also gives the basin a shadow line that a plain vessel does not have.
500mm stated in the title
500mm is the figure printed on the title. Ask for the full dimensioned drawing before the counter behind it is cut.
Plain-sided vessels in the same finish are listed alongside it in the solid surface vessel basin range.
Fit & Clearance
Counter depth behind a fluted vessel bowl
Nothing is recessed on this model. The counter carries the basin and the waste opening only.
A vessel of this type needs the tap chosen against the rim height, and the counter needs enough depth in front and behind for the reeded face to be seen. Both belong on the drawing, not in the fitter's judgement.
Ask whether the drawing shows a tap hole in the basin or none at all.
Construction & Finish
How matte white reads on a reeded face
Solid Surface is recorded as the material and Matte White as the finish.
Surface detail on a matte face
A ribbed face and a matte finish work together visually, which is why this reference photographs differently from the flat-sided models.
Ask for a photograph of the reeding under directional light before you sign off display stock. Flat catalogue lighting flattens the ribs and undersells the model.
Display placement matters more on this reference than on a plain bowl.
Compliance
Do not carry a mark across the range
Give the destination market and the requesting party in the RFQ so the reply can be used as it stands.
The RSTS500 specification names no certification mark, and a mark held by another item in the catalogue does not transfer to it.
Where a project or a retail account asks for documents, send us their exact list. We answer against the list in writing rather than sending a generic pack.
Procurement
Display units and first orders for RSTS500
A single reeded reference, usually bought as display stock before anything else.
Showroom buyers usually want display pieces ahead of the bulk shipment. Ask for those separately on the RFQ. Branding and carton work go through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Bulk quantity for RSTS500
- Display units needed first
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Dimensioned drawing request
- Tap hole requirement
- Carton and label artwork
- Target arrival date
Display pieces and bulk stock are usually scheduled apart.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
