Offset Tap Hole Vessel
The basin for a counter that is already stone
A solid surface countertop with integrated sink locks the bowl into the slab, which is no help once a cloakroom counter is installed. RSZ sits on top of it, a compact above counter basin with the tap hole off the centre line, under three codes.
The tap sits off the centre line
In a powder room the tap often cannot sit behind the middle of the bowl, because a mirror or return wall is in the way. The offset hole is on the basin, so the stone is not drilled again.
RSZ400, RSZ460 and RSZ857
Each code takes its own counter cut, so a cloakroom, a guest room and a lobby washroom are three drawings, not one.

Fit & Clearance
Counter preparation for three basin codes
Material, type, mounting and finish are published across the three codes.
Ask for all three drawings in one file so the joiner plans the counters together.
The counter drawing carries only the waste opening and the fixing.
Confirm each dimension on the drawing, never from the code.
Construction & Finish
Deck and bowl arrive as one piece
All three codes are solid surface in a Matte White finish.
Nothing to colour match on site
Bowl and tap deck are one component in one published finish, so nothing has to match a counter already installed.
Name the finish on every PO line. The picking list reads the code.
Compliance
Three codes on one documentation request
An inspector checks the carton code against the paperwork, so name each code, not the family.
Drawings and material confirmation must cover all three codes or something is missing at inspection. No scheme is recorded.
Where the destination market requires documentation, name it at RFQ and have it issued per code.
Procurement
Spreading 300 pieces over three basin codes
The minimum sits on the family, so the split across codes is yours to set.
Weight the 300 pieces towards the size your counters already suit and keep the others small on a first order. RSS550 adds a 550 mm vessel where a room needs more.
Three codes share one carton design with separate code panels, through the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme. Ask for the spec sheet and drawing set for all three codes, send the split, and we reply within 12 hours.
