A 420mm round drop-in basin with overflow
RST420 is a round drop-in bathroom basin in solid surface at 420mm, supplied with an overflow.
Rim sits on the counter
The bowl drops into a cut-out and the rim carries it, so the counter takes the load and the installation stays serviceable.
Overflow included
The overflow is part of the basin, which matters where local practice or the client brief requires one on a bathroom basin.
Above-counter vessels in the same round shape are listed in the solid surface basin range if the counter cannot be cut.
Fit & Clearance
Cutting the counter for a drop-in bowl
Drop-in basins depend on an accurate cut-out, so the template is the critical document.
Ask for the cut-out template with the order and give it to whoever fabricates the counter. An oversize cut-out cannot be corrected once the stone is machined. Check the waste connection has room under the counter as well.
Do not cut a counter from the product outline. Use the published cut-out figure.

One casting carries the bowl, the rim and the overflow
Bowl, rim and overflow are all solid surface, in the listed matte white finish.
Rim and bowl in one component
The supporting rim is part of the basin, so nothing is bonded on afterwards at the point where the weight is carried.
A drop-in bowl leaves a sealed line where the rim meets the counter. Specify a sealant that suits the counter material and tell the installer to keep the bead thin so it stays easy to renew.
Sealant is not supplied. Confirm what the counter fabricator will use.

We supply the dimensioned drawing so your compliance team can assess the reference directly.
No certification mark is listed for RST420 in the published specification. If your market requires an approval for basins with overflow, state it in the enquiry and we will confirm what can be documented for this reference.
Overflow presence is a design feature here, not a regulatory statement. Any market rule should be checked against the actual drawing before you commit to a program.
Procurement
Ordering RST420 with counter fabrication
RST420 is quoted in step with the counter fabrication programme.
Diameter, rim width and hole layout can be modified for an own-brand drop-in line through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Where counters are fabricated locally, order basins to arrive before the stone is cut.
