Round Profile
A chrome wall mounted bathroom towel bar in round profile
Model 829001 is the bar the rest of the round set is matched to. A round profile reads with round tap bases, which is usually why the line is chosen.
Follows the tap, not the tile
A room looks settled when the accessory profile follows the fittings. Choose the profile at design stage and hold it across every piece.
A bath towel needs the full span
A bath towel dries across the full span, not folded double. Size the bar to the clear wall run and take the length from the drawing.
Bar, ring, hook and paper holder share one round profile in the 829 chrome hardware series.

Length and centres before the tiler starts work
Bar length, projection and fixing centres are not printed here. Measure the clear wall run first.
Check the towel path as well as the wall. A bath sheet at full span has to clear the pan and the radiator.
Bar length belongs on the room drawing before ordering.
Material & Finish
Round profile in SUS304, finish named on the order
SUS304 stainless steel is the stated material. Length options are not published, so put them in the RFQ.
Seven finishes on the round bar
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze.
Finish is chosen when the order is placed, so one bar serves a chrome standard and a polished gold one. Two finishes travel on one order when each line spells its own out in full.

The same product ships to different file lists. The destination decides which.
This page records a material, a finish, a mounting method and a type. No approval body appears against 829001.
An importer keeps a file per product. Give the destination country at RFQ.
Procurement
A four model set covers the room on one PO
Fifty pieces is the published minimum on this model. Four models, one finish, and the room is covered.
The round line also holds 829007 toilet paper holder, 829008 robe hook and 829009 towel ring. Four models, one finish and one container is the shortest route to a first shipment.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
