Finish range
7 finishes available on 806001
The same tooling is produced in every finish below. Finish is selected at order stage, so one model can cover several project standards. Mixed-finish orders are accepted within one purchase order.
Name the finish on every line of the purchase order rather than once at the top. Ask for the finish sample card.

806 Set, Model 806001
The 806 bar that ships under a single code
The 806 group carries two towel bar models. 806001 is the single code bar, so a buyer specifying this vintage chrome towel bar has no code split to resolve. It is wall mounted in SUS304 stainless steel, inside the Vintage Chrome Bathroom Hardware Set.
Nothing to split on the purchase order
One code means one line, one quantity and one drawing. The other bar in the group, 806009, carries two.
It gets used every day of the year
The bar is handled more than anything else in the room. Ask for the fixing detail with the drawing.
Check which of the two bars the specification means before the quantity is issued. The group is in the 806 hardware series.
Fit & Clearance
Two brackets, both needing backing behind the finish
The record covers mounting, material, series and model. Neither length nor fixing centres appear.
The bar is held at two points and both take load daily. Request the fixing centres before the wall is boarded.
Overall length is not on this page. Get the drawing before the position is agreed.
Backing goes in before the tiling. Ask for the centres early.
Construction & Finish
The 806 bar is finished to order in seven names
The bar is recorded as SUS304 stainless steel. The finish schedule for this model lists seven options.
A period look is not one colour
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze all sit on the same schedule. The same bar suits a chrome scheme and a bronze scheme, so one model serves two very different properties.
Finish is chosen at order stage, so a specification can be issued before the colour is signed off. Two finishes also run on one order when a property is refitting in phases.
The finish name belongs on the order line.
Compliance
No certification appears in the 806 bar record
Two customers buying the same bar can need different paperwork.
The specification for 806001 names no approval scheme. Nothing here should be repeated to a specifier as evidence of compliance.
Where a market requires documents, the requirement belongs to the destination. State it at RFQ.
Procurement
Fifty pieces is enough to start own brand work
The published minimum is low enough that a first private label run is not a full container gamble.
Own logo, custom finish, custom carton and printed inserts are made in house rather than bought in, which is what keeps the minimum at fifty pieces. The programme is on the SANIKB OEM and ODM program page, quotations return within 12 hours, and the spec sheet is sent on request.
The rest of the 806 group is 806003 towel rack, 806006 toilet brush holder, 806007 toilet paper holder, 806008 robe hook, 806009 towel bar and 806010 tumbler holder. Quoting them together gives one purchase order, one inspection and one finish name.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
