Daily Load
A brushed nickel hotel towel bar, stripped and reset daily
A hotel bar is stripped and reloaded every day a room is sold, which is what the fixing has to survive.
The bar sets the room standard
In the 861 line the bar is specified first and the 861009 towel ring, 861008 robe hook and 861011 tumbler holder follow it in the same finish.
The piece that carries wet weight
A bath towel loads this bar every day a room is occupied. Fixing into solid backing is what the installer plans for.

Fit & Mounting
Two codes on one bar, and the record does not separate them
Codes 861001 and 861002 are both listed against this bar, with nothing published to tell them apart.
Ask for a drawing against each code before quantities are split. Backing framed for one may not suit the other.
Do not order until each code is defined in writing.
Material & Finish
SUS304 bar, brushed nickel plus six alternatives
Material for both codes is SUS304 stainless steel. Section, thickness and the difference between the codes are unpublished.
Seven finishes across both codes
Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Polished Chrome, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze.
Hotel groups rarely share a finish standard. Colour is fixed when the order is placed, so both codes run in different finishes on one order, each line spelling out its own.
Name the finish in full on every line, including sample lines.
Compliance
Commercial buyers scope documents by country
A list supplied at enquiry is answered once and reused on every reorder.
Both codes carry one record: a material, a finish, a mounting method and a type. No approval scheme is named.
Commercial projects carry a document list of their own. Send it with the RFQ.
Procurement
A full guest bathroom, quoted as eight models
Fifty pieces is the published minimum per model. A hotel order is counted by keys, then split across the two codes.
Start from the key count, then add 861003 towel rack with bar, 861007 toilet paper holder, 861009 towel ring and 861010 soap dish holder to one set quotation.
A hotel group can put its own name on the carton. OEM and ODM covers private label, logo, custom finish and custom packaging, quoted with the spec sheet inside 12 hours. See the OEM and ODM program.

Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
