Soap And Cup
A brushed nickel wall mount soap dish, cup held separately
Model 861010 holds the soap and nothing else. In the 861 line the tumbler has its own model, 861011, so the two jobs are split across two fittings.
One dish, one tumbler, two models
Splitting them lets a project take the dish everywhere and the tumbler only where it is wanted.
Off the vanity, wiped in one pass
The dish is fixed to the wall, so the vanity top is wiped in one pass. Ask for the projection if the basin sits close.

Projection and plate dimension are not stated. Wall mounting is, so the position against the basin belongs on the drawing.
If the dish and the 861011 tumbler holder share a wall, set both on one drawing. Aligned plates look intentional.
