Bar And Ring Split
The long run in a set that also carries a ring
The 817 group publishes both a bar and a ring. 817001 is the long run, and the split between them decides how a bathroom dries its towels.
The bath towel goes on the bar
A full towel needs length to open out. The ring at the basin takes the hand towel instead, on a different wall.

Choosing between 817001 and 817002
Wall mounting and the single bar format are recorded. No length appears.
Fixing centres follow the part number rather than the description. Ask for the sheet covering both, then name the one the schedule uses.
State the clear wall length so the right part number is quoted.
Construction & Finish

The material of record is SUS304 stainless steel.
Seven names off one part
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze.
A showroom does not need seven bars on the wall to show seven finishes, because two or three samples carry the range. Finish is chosen at order stage, not at range stage, so display samples and the project order come off one part number and can sit on one order, each line naming its own finish.
Name the finish on every PO line, samples included.

A spec sheet is available on request. Name the destination market with the enquiry so the documentation is confirmed before the PO.
No certification is recorded against either part number, so none is claimed.

The bar is normally the first line.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
