Hooks carry the highest quantity and lowest unit value on an accessories order. 817008 is the single hook in the 817 group, the line worth settling before anything else is priced.
The line most often short on site
Hook counts get trimmed during value engineering and added back after handover. Agree the count per room type at enquiry stage so the top up is not a separate shipment.
Sample the finish before the run
A large quantity built to the wrong finish name is expensive to put right. Approve a sample against the recorded name before production is released.

Fit & Clearance
Door swing and clearance around 817008
Wall mounting and the hook format are fixed. Plate size and projection are open.
A loaded hook sits proud of the door face, so check the swing before the position is fixed. The robe stops the door closing, not the plate.
Where two hooks share a door back, put the spacing on the drawing.

SUS304 stainless steel is on the material line.
Chrome plus six other names
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze.
Finish is chosen at order stage, not at range stage, so one part number carries all seven names. A distributor holding orders for three projects can run them together, each line naming its own finish.
Chrome and Polished Chrome are separate entries. Name the exact one on each PO line.

The 817 group runs to nine models, so hooks are one line among many.
The group covers 817001 towel bar, 817003 towel rack with bar, 817004 glass shelf, 817006 toilet brush holder, 817007 toilet paper holder, 817009 towel ring, 817010 soap dish holder and 817011 tumbler holder, bought complete on one PO.
Production is in house. Private label, a finish developed to a brand standard, printed cartons and ODM work run through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program, answered inside 12 hours.

We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
