Towel Bar, 803001
The longest piece on the wall sets out everything else
In a fitted bathroom the towel bar is the longest single accessory, so its centre line usually decides where the ring, the hook and the paper holder land. A chrome wall mount towel bar is worth positioning first.
Start from the bar and work outward
Fix the bar height and centre, then hang the rest of the room off it. The other way round leaves the bar squeezed in.
803001 and 803002 both appear
Two codes sit under this model, 803001 and 803002. The record does not say what separates them, so confirm it and quote against the code.
One long bar and one short bar per bathroom is the usual specification. The squared group sits in the 803 hardware series.
Fit & Clearance
Two fixing points, and both need backing behind them
Mounting, material, series and two codes are all this record carries. No length or fixing centre is published.
Both brackets have to land in solid backing. Ask for the fixing centres early enough that noggins go in before the boarding.
Request the drawing for the code being ordered before the fixing centres are issued to site.
Fixing centres go to the carpenter, not to the tiler.
Construction & Finish
One bar body against a seven name finish schedule
SUS304 stainless steel is the recorded material, and the finish is applied to order.
Two codes multiplied by seven finishes
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze all come from this tooling. With two codes on the page, one part number family answers fourteen combinations.
Codes and finishes mix on one order, so a showroom takes one code in chrome and the other in brushed nickel without a second minimum.
A line with a code and no finish name cannot be produced.
Compliance
The bar record names no approval scheme
Paperwork is straightforward when it is scoped at enquiry and a delay when it is raised after production.
Neither 803001 nor 803002 carries a certification here. Nothing on the page should be repeated in a tender as an approval.
Document requirements follow the destination and the project type. Give both at RFQ.
Procurement
Bars decide the carton size for the whole order
Towel bars are the longest item in a hardware shipment, so they set the carton and the pallet.
The 803 group also holds 803003 towel rack, 803006 toilet brush holder, 803007 toilet paper holder, 803008 robe hook, 803009 towel ring and 803010 soap dish. Shipping them on one purchase order means one inspection and one set of documents rather than seven.
Carton size, inner packing and private label artwork are set by the factory, so packing is built around the container. That runs through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program, quotations return inside 12 hours, and the spec sheet is sent on request.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity per code, 803001 and 803002
- Length per code from the drawing
- Finish name per line
- Quantities for the other 803 models
- Carton dimensions and pieces per carton
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Required delivery week
Confirm the carton format before the container booking is made.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
