Towel Ring, 803009
A ring with corners, for a scheme that has no curves
Model 803009 is the square towel ring chrome schemes need when nothing else in the room is round, and it is harder to source than a round one. It is wall mounted in SUS304 stainless steel.
A square ring holds a fold flat
Guests fold a hand towel over a ring rather than threading it. On a square ring the fold sits square to the wall.
A round ring breaks a square room
The ring hangs at eye level beside the mirror, so it is the accessory a guest looks at most. It has to match.
Outline is fixed at tooling and finish is not, so settle the shape first. The matching models are in the 803 hardware series.
Fit & Clearance
A square ring reaches further at its corners
Series, model, mounting and material are on the record. No corner or face dimension is published.
The corner of a square ring sits further from the fixing than the face does. Take the corner dimension off the drawing.
Plate size is not on this page either. Ask for it so the fixing clears the tile joint.

Construction & Finish
Seven finishes running on one square ring
SUS304 stainless steel is the body material. Finish is applied to order from the schedule listed for this model.
Shape is fixed, colour is not
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are all listed against this ring. A square ring is a specific request, and having it in seven finishes means one enquiry covers several projects.
Mixed finishes go on a single order, so a showroom displays two and stocks one.
Write the finish name on every order line, even when the whole order is one colour.
Compliance

This specification records material, mounting, series and finish. It records no certification, so nothing here is an approval.
Where documents are asked for, the destination market sets the list. Say so in the RFQ.

Rings and hooks fill out an 803 room order
The small pieces complete a room and carry the least freight, so adding them to an order costs little.
The 803 group runs 803001 towel bar, 803003 towel rack, 803006 toilet brush holder, 803007 toilet paper holder, 803008 robe hook and 803010 soap dish alongside this ring. One purchase order covers all seven, one inspection covers the shipment, and every plate leaves under the same finish name.
Square hardware is a common private label request. Own brand marking, custom finishes and printed packaging are handled by the factory through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program, with quotations inside 12 hours and the spec sheet on request.

Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
