A skirted toilet leaves fewer exposed edges around the pan, and the squared tank keeps lines straight against tiled walls. Contractors fitting a new toilet in every unit can use one drawing for the whole building, and the skirted design reads the same in each room.

Two codes cover the flush button choice: 2213 carries the top button and 2213B the side button. Everything else on the two codes is identical.

Check the 710 mm projection against the depth of the room, and the 375 mm width against the vanity and the wall. Check the 765 mm height against any window sill or niche on the plan.
