Design
A floor-mounted smart toilet with the bidet seat built in
The Y1 is a floor-mounted smart toilet. The bidet seat is integrated with the vitreous china body, so the seat, the wash wand and the controls arrive as one fixture. The published footprint is 28.3 inches front to back by 17.9 inches across, and the fixture stands 20.1 inches high (720 × 455 × 510 mm).
Vertical-lift lid, foot-touch flush
The lid is a vertical lift and opens automatically. Flushing is by foot touch. The unit also flushes once the user is off the seat. Smart flush and smart temperature are on the fitted list.
Rear and front wash, warm-air dryer
Rear and front wash are fitted, with adjustable wash range, massage wash and a child wash setting. A warm-air dryer follows the wash. The seat is heated, and the wash water is heated on demand.
UV sterilisation is fitted in two places on this model: the spray wand and the water path. A deodoriser, an LED display and a night light are also on the unit.

The published rough-in for the Y1 is S-trap 305 mm (12 in). The unit also needs an AC 110 V / 60 Hz supply within reach of the fixture, and the ingress protection rating is IPX4. The Y1 body is vitreous china. The bidet seat is part of the fixture, not an aftermarket add-on.

Foam shield and voice control are optional on this model and are not fitted unless they are called out on the order.
