An elongated one-piece smart toilet, 19.1 inches tall
K1 is tankless, so the body stops at 19.1 inches. The specification records an electronic bidet toilet and the title records an LED night light strip.
It needs a mains outlet
An electronic bidet fixture is an electrical fitting. Outlet position and voltage belong on the services drawing, not on the snag list.
The LED strip is a guest room detail
Night lighting is usually why this model reaches a hotel schedule. Say what you want demonstrated when the sample is built.

Colour is not a variable on K1, so a hotel item list holds a single line for the fixture.
Ask for the seat function list and the electrical rating in writing before a specification is signed. That document, not the photograph, is what a consultant reviews.

Electrical documents decide this order
A powered fixture clears customs and site inspection on its electrical file.
K1 is cUPC listed. The published specification also holds material, type, mount, finish, size and MOQ. Before it goes into a submittal, request the current listing number and certificate validity so the documentation matches your destination market.
Name the destination market, the supply voltage and the reviewing body at enquiry. We confirm in writing what can be issued for the fixture and the seat.
Procurement
Thirty pieces, with sample sign off on a powered unit
SANIKB manufactures the fixture. On a powered product the sample stage carries more weight than on any plain ceramic body.
Private label, custom carton artwork and own logo are available at the published minimum through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Quotations are answered within 12 business hours, and the seat function list is confirmed in writing on request.

Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.

This one piece smart toilet is cast from vitreous china ceramic with a glossy white glaze, a non-porous surface that resists staining and wipes clean. The seamless one piece form has no exposed tank-to-bowl joint, eliminating the gasket area where leaks and grime collect on a two piece unit. At 27.6" x 15.7" x 19.1" (700 x 400 x 485 mm), this unit installs on a standard floor outlet and needs a grounded GFCI outlet to power the heated seat, warm-water wash and warm-air dryer. The one piece body is lighter to set than a comparable two piece assembly and requires no tank fitting on site, cutting installation labor on multi-unit jobs.
