Siphon Jet One-Piece Toilet, 1.28 GPF, 12-Inch Rough-In, Fully Glazed Trapway

Model 1978 is a one-piece siphon jet toilet in vitreous china, floor-mounted with an S-trap outlet. The figures below are the published specification and are the set used for submittals.

The flush is listed as siphonic with a jet flush port. The flush valve opening is 2 inches, which is the figure to record for spare parts.

Single flush 1.28 gpf (4.8 L) is the standard build for this reference. A 1.06 / 1.28 gpf dual flush build is available on request. The build is set in the factory, so the flush configuration has to appear on the purchase order rather than being chosen at installation.

Rough-in is 305 mm (12 in) from the finished wall to the outlet centre, with an S-trap outlet. The body takes 690 by 370 mm on the floor, and overall height is listed at 700 mm (27.6 in).

Ceramic rim height is listed at 400 mm (15.7 in). That figure is measured to the china rim and does not include the seat, so add the seat thickness before setting it against a drawing that quotes a seated figure. Clear floor space rules differ by market; verify them against the drawing at design stage.

The body is one-piece vitreous china with a fully glazed trapway. The finish is glossy white, and a soft-close seat is supplied with the fixture.

Put the glaze tone, the fully glazed trapway and the 2 inch flush valve size on the incoming inspection sheet, so the first container and every repeat order are checked against the same list.

1978 is cUPC listed. Documents are issued per model rather than per range, so request the current listing number and certificate validity against 1978 by name before the submittal is filed. On a mixed-model container each reference is documented separately.

State the destination market with the enquiry. Document requirements differ by market and are settled at quotation stage.

Published MOQ is 50 pieces and a mixed 1 × 20 ft container is accepted, so 1978 can share a load with other models on the same order. Lead time is listed at 30–45 days after deposit and remains indicative until the quotation is issued.
