GL35 Oval Reeded
Reeding held vertical on a 500 mm oval body
GL35 takes the reeded wall onto an oval. At 500 mm long it is a main bathroom piece rather than a cloakroom one.
Oval rather than round
An oval fills a wide vanity top without pushing the rim toward the front edge. That is usually why a specifier moves off the round in the same wall pattern.
GL35-A through GL35-L1
Five codes are published: GL35-A, GL35-AM, GL35-G, GL35-J and GL35-L1. The L1 code appears here and not on every sibling model.
Reeding and footprint pull in different directions on a shortlist. Both are laid out in the glass vessel sink collection.
Fit & Clearance
Working room around a 500 by 375 footprint
Depth is the number that decides this one. The oval measures 375 mm front to back.
375 mm of depth needs a counter deeper than the usual 450 mm slab once the tap and the back edge are allowed for. Check that against the vanity range before the basin is quoted in.
The height of 140 mm sits taller than the small rounds. On a 850 mm carcass the rim ends up close to 990 mm. Check that against the height the project schedule expects.
Give the counter depth and carcass height to the joiner with this drawing attached.
Construction & Finish
A larger panel of glass raises different questions
The substrate line reads the same as the smaller models. The scale does not.
Ask for weight before you cost freight
The record gives tempered art glass and nothing else. Unit weight and packed dimensions are absent for this size.
On a 500 mm bowl those two numbers move the landed cost more than the unit price does. Request weight and carton cube with the quotation, then rerun your per-piece freight before you set a wholesale line.
Ask for the packed carton size as well as the bare product size.
Compliance
Paperwork a hotel schedule will ask for on GL35
Drawings, packing details and any available documents are collected against the named model. Late requests hold up production slots.
Nothing in the specification names a certification, a listing or a test report for this model. Anything a project needs has to be requested and confirmed rather than assumed.
Multi-unit work usually asks for the submittal package early. Name the market, the brand standard and the consultant reviewing it, and we will confirm what is available for GL35.
Procurement
Freight thinking on a 500 mm oval order
Orders open at 100 pieces on GL35.
A hundred large ovals occupy more cube than a hundred small rounds, so this model is often grouped with other glass codes into one container rather than shipped alone.
Tell us what else is going in the same booking. Label and carton work for the load is set up once through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity per GL35 suffix
- Other models sharing the container
- Packed carton size and unit weight
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Label and carton artwork files
- Requested vessel departure window
Container grouping is easier to arrange before the order is booked than after.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
- Destination-market documentation prepared on request
