GL33 Crystal-Cut
A 105 mm standing height on a rectangular body
GL33 is the shallow rectangle. Crystal-cut facets are recorded on a body that stands only 105 mm above the counter.
Low rim, rectangular plan
A low vessel keeps the finished rim close to normal basin height. It is the version specifiers reach for when a tall bowl has already been rejected.
Four codes rather than five
GL33, GL33-G, GL33-IR and GL33-J are published. Fewer lines to stock is an argument in itself for a distributor opening the category.
Height is what separates one rectangle from the next. Compare the profiles inside the glass vessel sink collection.
Fit & Clearance
Where a 105 mm rim helps and where it does not
The shallow profile is the whole argument for this model. Plan size is 460 by 330 mm.
On an 850 mm carcass the rim lands close to 955 mm, which is far easier to defend on a schedule than a 160 mm bowl. It also works under a shorter tap.
A 105 mm bowl leaves little depth under the spout. Match the tap height and reach to that figure and say so in the fitting notes you supply with the goods.
Give the installer the tap and basin drawings together, not separately.
Construction & Finish
Wall thickness is the open question on a shallow bowl
The material line is short and the dimensional detail is not on this page.
Thickness not published here
Tempered art glass is recorded as the material. No thickness figure appears against GL33 on this listing.
Ask for it anyway. Buyers of a low profile bowl tend to ask how substantial it feels in the hand, and a stated figure answers that better than adjectives do. Request the same figure for any sibling code you list next to it.
Keep the answer on file so your sales team quotes the same figure.
Compliance
The waste fitting carries its own paperwork
Keeping the two apart avoids a claim on one being read as a claim on the other. Name both in the RFQ.
The GL33 record names no certification, listing or test report. Nothing about the bowl should be presented as approved in your own listing.
The drain and waste are usually a separate purchase with separate requirements in the destination market. Specify the waste on its own line and confirm what documentation comes with it.
Procurement
Packing advantages of a 105 mm deep body
The entry order sits at 100 pieces.
At 105 mm the body is shallow, so the carton is the easier of the two rectangles to handle. Confirm the packed size before you assume it.
Retail cartons and own-brand printing for a shelf ready pack are set up through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity across the four GL33 codes
- Packed carton size and pieces per carton
- Waste fitting supplied or excluded
- Destination market and port
- Shelf ready packaging needed
- Requested delivery window
Ask for pieces per carton, since it decides your minimum reorder in practice.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
