GL36 Fluted Round
Vertical fluting on a round 360 mm glass wall
GL36 answers the reeded and fluted look that vanity ranges have been carrying. The wall is described as vertical fluted, not faceted.
Ribs run top to bottom
Vertical fluting reads as a continuous line rather than as separate cut faces. It photographs differently from a faceted bowl.
All five codes carry a suffix
GL36-A, GL36-AM, GL36-G, GL36-IR and GL36-J are the published codes. There is no plain GL36 line, so an order without a suffix cannot be picked.
Reeded pieces tend to be bought against a specific vanity programme. Compare the wall treatments across the glass vessel basin range.
Fit & Clearance
Setting a 115 mm bowl on a shallow vanity top
The listed size is 360 mm across and 115 mm high, which keeps the rim low over the counter.
A 360 mm circle leaves working room on a 500 mm deep top. That matters on cloakroom joinery where the client still wants somewhere to put a soap bottle.
Nothing here fixes the drain hole size or the seating detail under the base. Ask for the installation drawing and hand it to the joiner with the counter order.
Wall mounted taps change the reach needed over a fluted rim, so confirm both together.
Construction & Finish
Colour lives in the code, not in the material line
The material entry is identical for every GL36 variant on the list.
Same material line on all five codes
Tempered art glass is the only material recorded. What separates the five codes is not stated on this page.
That makes the variant chart the document to ask for, not the material sheet. Request the current chart with a photograph against each suffix and quote from that. A colour name is easier to dispute than a material line.
Print the suffix on the shelf label so the reorder comes back correct.
Compliance
Naming the reviewer before GL36 is quoted into a project
Documentation is prepared against a named market and a named model. Requests raised after production is booked cost time.
The specification names no standard, listing or certification for GL36. Do not carry a claim across from another supplier datasheet just because the shape is similar.
Where the basin goes into a hotel or multi-unit fit-out, name the market and the reviewing consultant at enquiry stage. What can be issued is confirmed in writing.
Procurement
Ordering GL36 across one code or five
The minimum has to be allocated by suffix, because GL36 has no plain code.
Confirm at quotation whether that hundred may be mixed across the five suffixes or has to sit on one. The answer decides whether a distributor can test the reeded look without carrying five lines of stock.
Barcode allocation and private label carton work sit with the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Raise both at quotation so print time is inside the lead time.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Split of quantity by suffix
- Whether mixed codes are allowed in the minimum
- Destination market and port
- Installation drawing for GL36
- Carton and inner packing format
- Requested shipping window
Treat the dates above as planning figures until the quotation is issued.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
- Destination-market documentation prepared on request
