GL40 Spiral Round
A swirl that wraps the wall of a 400 mm bowl
GL40 is recorded with a spiral swirl wall. Unlike a repeating facet, the pattern has direction and travels around the body.
A directional pattern, not a repeat
A spiral is read as movement. It photographs well from a raised angle, which is worth knowing before the showroom shoots its own images.
400 mm between the small and wide rounds
400 mm sits between the 360 mm bowls and the 460 mm dishes in this group, which makes it the safe round for a general vanity range.

Why 400 mm is the easiest round to schedule
Diameter and height both stay moderate here. The record gives 400 mm across and 140 mm high.
A 400 mm circle fits most 600 mm vanity tops with room behind for a deck tap. That is why this size tends to survive value engineering when a wider bowl does not.
The 140 mm height still lifts the rim, so check it against the carcass height rather than assuming a standard basin position.
