Wall-hung concrete
White concrete, 450 × 320 mm across the top
The published envelope for C1004 is 17.7" × 12.6" × 15" (450 × 320 × 380 mm). White is the tagged colour and the mounting is wall-mounted.
Outline of 450 × 320 mm
The published outline is 450 × 320 mm, with a body 380 mm high including the back. Set the fixing height from the finished floor and check the bracket line against the stud or blockwork before the wall is closed up.
White carried through the body
White is the tagged colour on this model. Concrete is coloured through the casting rather than glazed, so a chip reads as the same material underneath instead of a white scar.
Wall-hung formats are grouped in the rectangular concrete sink range, and the full line sits under concrete sinks.
Fit & Clearance
Setting a 450 × 320 mm rectangular basin out on the top
The published figures describe the outside of the basin. Waste position and tap drilling are confirmed on the spec sheet, not here.
Tap and waste are supplied separately. Wall-mount bodies take a wall-fed tap, so fix the outlet position with the bracket line rather than after tiling. Send the C1004 spec sheet to whoever sets the plumbing — the waste centre is on it.
Concrete is heavier than ceramic at the same size. Confirm the wall build-up and fixings carry a wall-hung concrete load; a plasterboard wall without noggins will not.
Hand-cast concrete carries a small dimensional tolerance; work to the drawing, not to a scaled photograph.
Construction & Finish
Surface and sealing on a rectangular white body
Each unit is hand-cast and hand-finished, so surface character belongs to the material rather than to a factory glaze.
Approve the colour against a physical sample
White is the part a client argues about. Hold a sample beside the sanitaryware and the worktop it will join before the order is released — screen colour is not a reference.
Tone and surface vary slightly between castings. That is normal for concrete and is worth writing into the customer's expectation at quotation stage rather than at delivery.
Sealing and any maintenance schedule are confirmed at order stage; ask for the current recommendation with the sample.
Ask for photographs of current production, not the catalogue image, before it goes onto a showroom shelf.
Compliance
cUPC listing and the papers that travel with C1004
Carton marks and language requirements vary by port. Send yours in writing before the packing is printed.
C1004 is cUPC listed. Ask for the certificate reference with the RFQ so it can be attached to the submittal your specifier or plumbing inspector will want to see.
Export documentation is agreed per market and per shipment. Raise labelling and carton marking with the RFQ, before the packing is printed, rather than after the goods are made.
Procurement
Ordering C1004 at 20 pcs
The published minimum is 20 pcs, which usually means this model travels inside a mixed order rather than filling one on its own.
Mixed loads, private labelling and custom colour work are arranged through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Concrete travels well when it is packed for its own weight, so agree the inner packing at the same time as the quantity.
If C1004 is going into a project rather than a shelf programme, send the schedule of quantities with the RFQ so the lead time can be quoted against real dates.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity against C1004
- Other models sharing the container
- White confirmed, or a custom colour to match
- Inner packing for a hand-cast concrete body
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Documents required in the destination market
Container space is quoted on the final packing list, not on this page.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
- Destination-market documentation prepared on request
The C1004 concrete wall mount sink is designed for commercial bathrooms, hospitality washrooms, restaurant restrooms, retail spaces, and multifamily projects where wall space and visual impact both matter. Its 450 × 320 × 380 mm size, integrated backsplash, and wall-mounted structure make it a practical option for project buyers looking for a compact concrete sink with a clean, architectural profile.
This model includes an integrated backsplash and three faucet holes, helping buyers specify a complete wall-mounted sink format for bathroom projects. The rectangular basin shape supports a simple installation layout, while the raised back panel helps create a more finished appearance against the wall.
The ribbed front exterior gives the C1004 a more distinctive look for showrooms, boutique hospitality projects, commercial interiors, and private-label bathroom collections. The standard color is GW, with full-body cement colour and two-tone colour options available for buyers who need different visual directions for their product line or project specification.
