The color tag on this record reads charcoal. It is usually specified against oak, light stone or a white top for contrast.

Overall sizes are not published against this model. Corner radius is worth requesting in the same message as the outline.
Corner radius decides how the body reads next to a squared counter edge. It also decides how easily the silicone joint can be cleaned.
A deck tap sits behind straight sides more comfortably than behind a circle. Confirm the setting out against the joinery drawing before the top is drilled.
Send the fabricator the dimensioned drawing rather than a product photograph.

Cast corners are the part that arrives damaged
The record gives concrete as the material and charcoal as the color.
Corners take the knocks in transit
Straight sided castings load their corners first when a carton is dropped. Inner packing matters more on this shape than on a round body.
Agree the inner packing before the first container ships. If your warehouse restacks goods, ask whether the carton is rated for that handling.
Photograph any transit damage before the carton is broken down.

What ships with C0035 on the documentation side
Carton marks and language requirements vary by port. Send yours in writing before the packing is printed.
C0035 is cUPC listed. Ask for the certificate reference with the RFQ so it can be attached to the submittal your specifier or plumbing inspector will want to see.
Export documentation is agreed per market and per shipment. Raise labelling and carton marking with the RFQ, before the packing is printed, rather than after the goods are made.

Packing specification to close out before shipment
The C0035 body carries a published order minimum of 20 pieces.
Retail ready packing and printed inserts are set up through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Tell us at enquiry whether the carton goes onto a showroom shelf or straight into a project store.

We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
