Terrazzo here means a terrazzo-style particle surface, shown in finish code WB. Judge the particle effect on a sample, because a drawing or a screen cannot show it.

Outside, the walls drop straight to a flat base, so the basin presents a clean block on the counter, a rectangular design with a terrazzo-style concrete surface. Inside, the walls lean in a little toward the drain, which sits at the centre of the bowl.

The body stands 120 mm high, a low profile on the counter. The surface carries the design, so the basin needs no added ornament.

Mark a rectangle of 500 × 350 mm on the top as a layout guide, then position the faucet behind it. The basin sits above the counter, so no sink cut-out is needed for the bowl, though the drain opening must be drilled.

Because the drain is centred, as on most vessel sinks of this type, the waste line drops straight below the middle of the bowl. Measure from the cabinet centre line, not from a side wall, to keep the bowl square on the vanity.
