Hook Rail, 3001A3
One rail instead of a row of separate hooks
Fixing four hooks in a line means four set outs and four chances to be a few millimetres off. A polished chrome hook rail puts them on one back plate, so the installer levels once.
One set out for the whole run
A rail is marked once and levelled once. On a site with a hundred identical bathrooms that is the difference between a fast trade and a slow one.
3001A3 through 3001A6
Four codes sit under one model. The title describes a triple rail, so confirm the hook count against each code before the order is written.
Rails suit corridors, changing rooms and family bathrooms where one hook is never enough. Single hooks sit in the robe hook collection.
Fit & Clearance
Rail length follows the code, so pick the code first
Mounting and material are recorded against the model. No length is published for any of the four codes.
Length changes which wall the rail can go on. Get the drawing for the code being quoted before anyone commits to a position beside a door or a vanity.
Fixing centres matter more on a long rail, because they have to clear tile joints at both ends.
Order by code. The title will not tell the warehouse which rail to pick.
Construction & Finish
Seven finishes across the whole 3001 rail family
The material of record is SUS304 stainless steel. Hook count and finish are separate choices, both made when the order goes in.
Two variables, one supplier
Polished Chrome, Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are all produced from this tooling. Four rail codes multiplied by seven finishes come out of one part number family.
Codes and finishes can be mixed on a single order, which is what makes this useful to a distributor holding one line for several customers.
Every purchase order line needs both the code and the finish name.
Compliance
The rail carries no certification claim
Naming the market at enquiry avoids a second round of questions later.
No approval scheme is recorded for 3001A3 or the codes beside it. The page describes the product and nothing more.
If a specifier asks for documentation, the destination market decides what is needed. Put the country in the RFQ.
Procurement
Mixing hook counts on one purchase order
Four codes sitting under one minimum is useful. A buyer takes a mix of rail sizes and still reaches the fifty piece requirement.
Private label rails, custom finishes and printed retail packaging are all quoted by the factory rather than sourced out. The programme is set out on the SANIKB OEM and ODM program page.
A complete enquiry is answered within 12 hours. Spec sheets for the 3001 codes are sent on request when a submittal needs them.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Hook count per code
- Quantity per code
- Finish name per line
- Overall length from the drawing
- Fixing centres and anchor type
- Retail or bulk packaging
- Destination port and Incoterm
Confirm the hook count against the code before the sample is approved.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
