Square Edge Slim
Square edges for square basins, in two builds
FYF-01009 is a chrome basin tap with a square edged body and a slim spout. It is listed under two codes, FYF-01009CR-S and FYF-01009CR-T.
Straight edges, thin spout
The body follows square lines rather than a round barrel. That pairs with rectangular basins and with square waste covers and accessories.
Standard and tall vessel codes
The S code is the standard build and the T code is the tall vessel build. One photograph and one description then cover two selling codes.
Buyers pairing this with a rectangular basin usually review the whole single-hole basin tap collection before a range is signed off.
Fit & Clearance
No dimensions are published for FYF-01009
There is no dimension block on this listing at all.
The gap between the standard and the tall build is the entire point of having two codes, and it is not quantified anywhere on this page.
Ask for both drawings in one email. Compare them with the basin rim height before any counter is cut or any top is drilled.
Do not size a vessel basin from a catalogue photograph.
Construction & Finish
A tagged brass body under a chrome surface
Nothing in the specification block names a material. The catalogue tag is where brass appears.
Tag first, letterhead second
Ask for a written material statement covering body, spout and handle. A tag is useful for filtering a catalogue and not much beyond that.
Chrome is the only listed finish, so there is no colour decision to make. The process behind it is not described, and a square edged body shows its edges clearly, so ask for a sample piece rather than an image.
Keep the written material statement on file for your own customers.
Compliance
Selling FYF-01009 into a regulated market
Do not promise an approval date to your customer before we have confirmed it to you.
No certification is listed against either code. If a customer asks whether this tap is approved, the honest answer is that it has to be confirmed first.
Send the market and the approval route in the enquiry. We will answer in writing which documents can be issued and how long they take to prepare.
Procurement
Two codes sitting under a single minimum
Two codes, one chrome finish and one published floor to spread across them.
Decide the split between the standard and the tall build before the enquiry. A wrong guess here leaves slow stock sitting on a shelf for a season.
Two codes need two barcodes and two labels. Set those up with the SANIKB OEM and ODM team before the first production run.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity per code
- Drawings for S and T
- Written material statement
- Chrome finish sample
- Supply hose and thread
- Barcode and carton label
- Destination port and terms
The quotation confirms the lead time for both codes together.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
