    Mount style is the most visible axis and the one your installers care about most, because it dictates countertop fabrication. There are four mount families worth stocking.

    Undermount

    Mounted from below the countertop so the deck is uninterrupted — no rim, easy wipe-down, the premium look. Undermount requires a solid-surface counter (stone, quartz, solid surface) that can carry the clip system; it is not for laminate. This is the volume leader in mid-to-upper kitchen programs.     Bowl config is driven by use case, not aesthetics, and it is the axis your end users actually feel daily.

    • Single bowl — one large basin. Best for big cookware, the current design preference, and most commercial prep. SR3018, S3018, S3319 and FSR3320 are single-bowl.
    • Double bowl 50/50 — two equal basins, the traditional wash/rinse split. TD3322 is a 50/50 double.

    Gauge measures sheet thickness, and the scale is inverse: a lower gauge number is thicker metal. Thicker resists denting and "oil-canning" (the drum-like flex of a thin bowl) but adds weight and freight cost.
