The retrofit answer when the counter stays put
A drop in stainless steel kitchen sink is the model for a kitchen nobody is rebuilding. TD3322 drops into the existing cutout and rests on the countertop, so a worn sink is replaced without a new worktop.

Fit & Cutout
Measure the old cutout before anything is ordered
On a replacement job the countertop is already cut. That opening sets the limits.
An outside dimension of 33 by 22 has to cover the existing opening with rim to spare. Measure on site and check against the drawing.
Tap hole count and spacing are not published. Confirm them at enquiry so the deck matches the faucet the project owns.

Material & Finish
Sixteen gauge on a rim that gets handled
SUS304 at 16 gauge, 1.5 mm, brushed stainless.
The rim is the handled part
A top mount sink is lifted, set and adjusted by its rim. TD3322 is listed at 16 gauge, 1.5 mm, so put the gauge in writing.
Brushed stainless is the only finish recorded for TD3322, and the rim is where it is seen and touched. That is what a sample is judged on.

Compliance
No approval scheme sits behind TD3322
Name the destination at RFQ and the document scope is quoted with the goods.
Refurbishment in an occupied building is signed off locally, and what is checked is the installed drainage.
The record lists material, gauge, size, mount and finish and names no approval body.
Procurement
Replacement volume from the factory floor
Top mount sinks move in programme quantities. SANIKB builds this one, so branding, carton and delivery split are open at fifty pieces.
Hole layout is the usual change on replacement programmes. That, private label, own carton and own barcode are quoted through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Top mount and apron models sit in the stainless steel sink range and ship together, so a mixed refurbishment runs on one supplier. Spec sheet on request.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
