TAP BUILT IN
Beige round concrete basin C0042 arrives drilled for a tap
Our plain round vessel shares the same diameter but has no tap hole, so the tap goes through the counter or the wall. C0042 carries a Ø35 mm pre-drilled faucet hole on a rear platform, ready for a single-hole faucet.

A raised ledge behind the bowl holds the faucet, so the spout reaches toward the basin centre.
Ø400 mm round body
A symmetrical round bowl in plan. The platform at the back is the only feature that fixes which way it faces on the counter.

Taller than our low round basins, which lifts both the rim and the rear platform above the counter.
Single-hole faucet only
The Ø35 mm hole takes one single-hole faucet. For a wall-mounted or counter-drilled tap, our plain round basin is the better match.

INSTALLATION
Installing a pre-drilled concrete sink on a vanity
C0042 sits on top of the counter, and the faucet mounts in the basin's own Ø35 mm hole. That leaves one position for the plumbing on the countertop: the waste.
Leave clearance between the rear platform and the wall so the faucet handle can turn freely. On a tight vanity, choose the faucet before the counter depth is fixed.
Installers should dry-fit the faucet on the rear platform before the basin is installed and sealed. A quick check confirms the spout reach and the handle clearance against the wall.
Every hand-cast piece carries a small dimensional tolerance, and concrete weighs more than ceramic. Set out the waste from the model drawing, and confirm the cabinet can carry the weight before tops are ordered.
ROOM PLANNING
Working C0042 into a compact vanity
Choose the single-hole faucet first, then check on the drawing that its spout reaches the bowl centre from the rear platform.
Pale concrete sinks suit a modern or Scandinavian bathroom style, and the beige design pairs with light timber and white tile.
At Ø400 mm, C0042 fits compact bathroom vanities in hotel rooms, apartments and commercial washrooms where counter space is short. One basin, one faucet type and one waste position give a repeatable layout across a residential or hotel project.
For hotels and apartments, a pre-drilled basin removes the tap-hole drilling step from every vanity top. Order from 20 pcs, with a typical lead time of 30–45 days; logo and carton options run through our OEM and ODM service.
BUYER OPTIONS
Samples and export packing for C0042
Tone differs slightly between castings. Approve a sample that shows the faucet hole position and finish quality as well as the color, and keep it as the reference for reorders.
CAL beige is cast into the material rather than applied as a glaze, so a chipped edge shows the same pale tone instead of a contrasting layer.
Protective export packaging is arranged by shipping method and order quantity, for container shipping, warehouse handling and jobsite delivery. Private-label cartons, logo options and product documentation are agreed on the same quotation, and we email the spec sheet with it.
Ask for sealing and maintenance guidance with the sample, so housekeeping teams and homeowners know how to clean and care for the beige surface.
